These terms cover your use of dryhomeroofs.com, including the estimate form and chat. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Estimates are not a contract

A request on this site is a request for us to look at your roof and talk about the work. It is not a contract, a guaranteed price, or a promise that we will take the job. Roofing work starts only after we agree in writing on the scope and price.

Inspections are offered at no charge and with no obligation to hire us. Any price we discuss on site is based on what we can see at that time. Hidden damage can change the scope.

Where we work

We serve homeowners within about a one-hour radius of Jacksonville, Florida, including Jacksonville, Middleburg, St. Augustine, Yulee, Fernandina Beach, St. Johns, and Orange Park. We may decline a request outside that area.

Calls and texts

If you give us a phone number and choose text as your preferred contact method, you agree that we may text you about that inspection request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop texting you about the request.

Information on the site

Pages on this site describe how we work and the kinds of jobs we take. They are not insurance, legal, or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for an inspection of your roof. Offers and service descriptions can change.

Please send accurate contact details and a real property address. Do not use the form or chat to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, or to submit someone else's information without permission.
